Pater Robert Mehlhart ist Chordirektor und Kirchenmusiker der Hof- und Stiftskirche St. Kajetan (Theatinerkirche) in München. In dieser Position leitet er seit 2012 die Vokalkapelle der Theatinerkirche (vormals königliche Vokalkapelle, bestehend aus Berufssängern) und das Orchester von Sankt Kajetan, dessen Mitglieder aus den renommierten Orchestern Münchens sowie aus den Meisterklassen der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München stammen.
